In light of recent events, we are unable to do design consultations in person, at residential premises however...... there is still much we can offer remotely and safely for many private clients and businesses alike, we assure you of our commitment to customer service and personal safety 1st and foremost!
We continue to prepare and present property for sale or rent, by incorporating the NHS/GOV guidelines for social distancing and remote working. Sourcing products online and providing a trusted group of trades that are vital to carrying out the work required safely and efficiently. and these are just some of the initiatives we are introducing to protect and serve our Client's, their friends and contacts and the wider family we have here at GOLDDUST ID
Interior design Mood Boards, property styling and project management services are still available for Private Sellers, Developers, builders,Holiday cottage and Farm owners with holiday lets and short stay accommodation businesses, and Property investors or Holiday Park owners who require show Homes, because GOLDDUST ID has created a virtual remote environment, using technology to encourage team collaboration with quality suppliers, and trades. Clients can benefit from virtual consultations and progress meetings, whilst we provide scheduling of projects, the sourcing of products and importantly regular one to one client updates on an individual basis.
This means we can plan work effectively and safely on your behalf, minimising the need for on site meetings, increasing safe access for staging time, ie: teams of 2 stagers maximum in any one space, and keeping safe distance seperation rules of 2 metres apart at all times with our supporting trades.
Deliveries are made with stringent processes in place, to protect those people receiving products into either homes, developments or Tourism businesses. Where vulnerable individuals are present, we always consider the risks and call ahead the day before delivery or staging to assess the correct strategy for delivery of goods and services for any project.
You will receive guidance in writing in advance of any visit to a property where trades or stagers are required and we will give verbal reassurance to all customers of what to expect during the process. We assist you using our high quality standards of professionalism in interior design skills and home staging expertise. Furniture rental specialists are contracted under their own health and safety risk assessments collaborating with us on both home staging projects and show home decoration. Professional photography will showcase a property's best character or special features/areas when selling or renting a property and can be made available safely within all our projects.
